Wow! So it's about frinken time that I update my xanga. My apologies to all who were dying to know about my life...!!j/k!

Summer 2005 has defintly been one amazing, life-changing, growing experience in my life! God has shown himself to me in ways that I could not even imagine and he is becoming more real to me each and every day. Oh how i love Him!!!:)

My jobs this summer are the same as last which is working at Joyce's Daycare...a place I love for my fourth summer and at a Daycamp for my second summer. My heart has grown fonder and more passionate for kids like never before!

 Friendships with my high school friends have rocked my world! especially my good friend Megan!!! We felt God calling us to start a casual bible study for our group of friends....and well we did. And boy are we ever so blessed and thankful that we followed God's leading. It has been incredible to bond with my friends at a deeper level....ahhhh i just love that we can pray together and be honest about life and God like we have never done before.

This summer has also had its firsts: sewing my first button, peeing in the woods, going to a minnesota twins game, going to the mall of america without buying one single thing...ahh a tragedy!! j/k! ( it did help we were only there for less than 2 hours cuz we had to get to the game!!), attempting to water ski and feeling the pain of my determination days after,  oh and just recently getting all 4 wisdom teeth pulled.

My summer has been wonderful but it would have been perfect if all you RBCers were here so many more fun and crazy times could be had. Thankfully in 3 weeks the fun and craziness will begin once again!! I miss all of you so much!!  May God bless you with his love, peace, grace like you never expereinced before!!! Love you :)

So I'm back home in South Dakota for the summer.

I should let all you know that Pella, Iowa is the cutest unique town I have ever been in! I absolutely loved spending the night there!I even stayed on a pig farm and held a baby piggy that was 2 days old...his name was Arnold....So CUTE!!!!:) (FYI my ride is from Pella so I stayed a night there until my dad picked me up the next afternoon)

Life has been incredibly relaxing these past few days. I had 2 job interviews at Johnny Carions and I find out on Monday if i get the job as a waitress!!!! OHHh i so hope i get it!!!

Its been absolutely wonderful hanging out with high school friends especially with my good friend Ashley who I haven't seen since August cuz she spent 5 months in Germany as a ski/snowboard instructor...Crazy huh?! I'm so jealous cuz she got to travel to places like England and Austria!!

I hope all of you are having a wonderful summer and I miss all of you!!!

Wow!! So i'm defintly bad at this xanga thing b/c i hardly ever write. Oh well i guess you gotta do what u can do.

I want to say thank-you to everyone who has given me a hug, a smile, a word of encouragement in these last 3 weeks, especially Tim who has been by my side through it all. I have been going through some really tough times...experiencing something I have never gone through. I praise the Lord that he brought me through and is the ruler and lover of my heart and soul. I know there are going to be more hardships and I'm sure more tears will be shed, but I know I have the power and victory with God as my strength. I would appreciate prayers from all of you...prayers of protection over me and prayers of strength. Thanks so much!!

Spring break has been wonderful. I love being able to sleep in and in my own bed :) and do my own thing. My mom has been taking me out for special lunches and shopping which has been absolutely wonderful!! I've been able to be renewed and refreshed for the stressful month ahead. I hope all of you are doing well and I can't wait to see all of you soon!

So it defintly has been like a week since i last wrote and i must say a lot has been happenin' in my life..imagine that!!

  Tim and I had a ton of fun on our roadtrip out to South Dakota despite the 2 snow storms we hit on the way out there and back!! Can u imagine that Tim and I were actually quiet for like a half hour cuz we needed to concentrate on the icy/snowy roads...yeah i tell ya miracles do happen!!

We definitly listened to the song "Man, I feel like a woman" at least 20 times...we even have motions to the song!! OH yeah we rocked out in his Ford Explorer!!

Tim is very proud of himself b/c he made his own cooler for our drinks.. He would put the capri sun out the window and then close the window..in just 5 minutes the drink was cold!! pretty rockn' huh?... At one time all the windows had capirsuns hanging out the window!!! ISioux falls turned out to be profitable for me and Tim because Tim got the job at Sioux Falls Ford and I have 3 nannying jobs as well as working at the daycare that I worked at for 3 summers. Got to spend some quality time with my parents which was definitely sweet and to be spoiled by them... and i got to spend time witih a good highschool friend of mine and all her college buddies from Dordt!!

Life is absolutely craziness b/c of soooo many projects, tests, and papers and hanging out with all my frickn rockn friends!! God is definintly helping me cope through this stressful time and to remain sane which is always good, right?! God is truly amazing and he always has something new for me to learn...i just have to be open and ready which is sometimes hard to do because i don't always like going through pain to learn a lesson. Hope life is good for all and have a wonderful night!:)

Sooooo yeah this has been a pretty darn rockn weekend!!!! Going on an adventure with Meghan to the Rivertown Crossings was super fun!! Going out to supper with Tim's whole family was a blast as usual! Talent show was absolutely amazing....good job to everyone who was in it!! Russ' was super hilerious with our food/paper fight. I must say i got Derek pretty good with that cherry!! Hitch was absolutey hilerious....it was craziness at how many RBC peeps were there!! Havingt apple crisp at Ihop at 2 in the morning with Meghan, Jones, lisa, Marc, and Derek was saweeeetttt.

  Dudes, today was super relaxing and i just loved it with every part of my being!! I did some journaling, pampered myself with these fancy srubs and mosturizers from Mary Kay so now i'm all scrubbed, exfoliated all over my body with a sweeet smelling frangance-- i tell ya nothing is better than that!! Went with Tim to WMU in Kalamzsoo to visit one of his good buddies... OH MAN WMU is absolutley HUMONGOUS...they even have stoplights and like over 65 dorms...its just craziness...i could definitly ever go there cuz i just love it too much at RBC!!
